Terms of service

Daily Alerts

£19 per month, billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Cancel any time from the manage link in your alerts or by emailing hello@octrel.co.uk; your alerts stop at the end of the paid month. If you're not happy in your first month, ask and we'll refund it.

Alerts are compiled from official public notices. We work hard to match them well but can't guarantee every relevant notice will be caught, and the official notice is always the authoritative version. Always check deadlines and requirements on the official notice.

Bid Draft

£295 per tender, paid in advance. We deliver a written first draft within 3 working days of receiving your documents, or refund you in full. The draft is a starting point: you're responsible for checking it, adding accurate evidence, and submitting your bid. We don't guarantee any bid outcome. You own the draft we deliver.

Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for lost contracts, profits or opportunities.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. We may update them; we'll email customers about material changes.
